Mr Hake placed an order at 9.52am on the 9th May and requested a next day delivery even though our website clearly stated that we were closed on the 9th as it is Liberation Day in Jersey and a bank holiday. Unfortunately Mr Hake has chosen not to believe us even though we have sent a link from the Jersey government listing ALL of our bank holidays. The order was despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery on the 10th May. Mr Hake's received his parcel on the 12th May and because the Royal Mail failed to deliver within the guaranteed timescale we refunded Mr Hake his postage charge in full.

Super fast delivery, and good quality plates, just 1 complaint, the fixing kit came with No self tapping screws, no problem I'll just use my old screws, but the caps didn't fit my screws so that meant that I hade purchased the fixing kit and was not able to use it, waste of £2.99. Only purchase the fixing kit if you are sure you cant use your existing screws.
